Sorrento is located on the South shore of Shuswap Lake in the Southern Interior of the Canadian province of British Columbia. It may easily be reached via the Trans-Canada Highway, and is 16 miles (25 km) northeast of the town of Chase and 28 miles (45 km) northwest of the city of Salmon Arm. It ranks highly in terms of both summer and winter recreational opportunities and facilities. Many residents can attest that it can also support a full retirement lifestyle. The year-round population of the South Shuswap area is close to 8,000. Sorrento provides family dining restaurants, grocery stores, pub, pharmacy, Doctor and Dental offices, post office, credit union and specialty shops.

Our 2008 Festival was probably our best ever, and we'll have another incredible festival for you this year to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. We have yet to confirm our performers, but many of the bands from Week 1 and Week 2 of our workshop will be there
